This agreement is entered into on ________________ between Buyer and Seller for their mutual protection and especially for protection and well being of the cat.  For the sum of $ _____________ and for such other consideration as set forth below, Seller does hereby transfer to Buyer the cat subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. Buyer agrees this cat is purchased for: ________PET __________BREEDING ________SHOW.  If purchased as a pet, buyer agrees to neuter or spay this cat (recommend between 4-8 months or within thirty days of purchase if older than 8 months) and agrees that this cat will not be used for breeding.

2. Buyer will at no time allow the cat out-of-doors unattended nor will the cat be declawed.

3. Seller represents and warrants that the cat is in good health and free of known ailments or physical defects.  Within 4 business days of receipt of cat, Buyer may, at his/her option and sole expense, have the cat examined by a licensed veterinarian.  If such veterinarian certifies to Seller within 4 business days of such examination that the examination revealed any defect in the health of the cat, Seller shall, upon return of the cat to the Seller, provide Buyer with a full refund.  Upon no condition shall Seller be responsible for payment of any medical treatment provided to the cat by Buyer.

4. Because of the provisions set forth above, and because both Buyer and Seller acknowledge that the cat referred to in this agreement is unique in character, both Buyer and Seller agree that each provision of this agreement is enforceable by specific performance.

5. This agreement is the entire agreement between the parties.
